I did meet someone who said she'll fish with me and practice hard on fishing so she could catch something. When I told her the hard part is what to do with when she catches a big one. That's because we all can cast in but we don't know what's going to bite. "I'll just come to you when I catch a big one," she said.

That was in a dream I had a few days ago. :2funny:

True.

That's the hard part. Can't always find someone who's in love with fishing. I can't focus on just fishing or her love of fishing, of course. It has to
be someone who's in love with me.

But I'm hoping for both, since fishing has  been my life all along and will continue to be.

Yes. I'm back in the mood, even though I've said I won't fish anymore.

Almost that time of the year again
The birds are coming back
Snow melting

I'm down to two rods: one 7' medium power, 40-lb wire with 10-lb leader, for those largemouth lunkers and one 5'9" extra fast action with varying jig and hook sizes for all others. I just carry extra reels with different lines on them to switch back and forth.

Lures? I have a whole tackle box of different kinds but most are aimed at white bass, crappies, and largemouths. I'll just buy shrimps when I want cats. I'll get a can of corns when I want carps.

Not too crazy about eyes. They are too hard to scale off.

Lots of lures to play around with and lots of rods to try them lures on.  O0 O0

Dude

Just come back
My wife don’t even fish
She just sit on those folding chairs
Read a book and watch me fish

I'd to just read Shakespeare while someone fishes, too. Let me see if my hottie will fish while in read.
