housing eviction and forbearance protection expiring soon...

expiring end of December

a lot of renter owe backpay rent
if the landlord is not collecting rent
you know they hurting

just a matter of time before the domino fall


might be a good chance to pick up another condo for cheap
when this bubble burst
position yourself and cash
