At the top there's a Mona Lisa icon under the Bold icon. Click that, it'll make into HTML image link where two words "img" inside the beginning and end brackets []. This is where you paste the image/GIF's URL address between two brackets. E.g. (img)http://www.dfakdfjk/jpeg(/img).
