Alright... I'm just going to conclude and accept that you are an idiot. You complain about my first post with the challenge account being a paper trade account. I then show you an example of what a paper trading account looks like on thinkorswim and then you turn around and say that I'm paper trading? Obviously, its a paper trading account. It was an example of what a paper trading account looks like compared to the challenge account above.

Here is what I usually watch for my SPY plays:
SPY 1MIN - I enter and exit here
Quad Chart with
SPY 2MIN
SPY 5MIN with standard deviation channels (I recently re-added that back)
UVXY 2MIN Normally inverse of SPY
QQQ 2MIN Helps me see how big tech is doing with SPY, which is heavily weighted in SPY

Market Internals (these things are fortune tellers for the SPY):
TICK
ADSPD
ADD
Here are some videos on TICK and ADD are NYSE. ADSPD is just the S&P500.

I then mark out supply/demand zones and support/resistance to include post-market/pre-market.

Indicators I use on my chart:
3, 8, 34 EMAs (don't really need these, but they do provide good support sometimes)
previous day's high and low (usually provides good support and resistance)
VWAP
MACD
RSI
Buy/Sell volume bars (pretty much time and sales in a volume bar)

Then just pay attention on price action and volume. If I get several elevating factors with indicators and market internals then its an entry for me. The icing on the cake is if UVXY starts to push hard and opposite of SPY.
