I crave spicy often, so when I saw people posting about pepper chips, I was curious. They just look like dried chilies?  ;D

Same. Like dried chilis but less choking involved.

If you want heat, stick to fresh peppers. I've eaten raw serrano peppers with meals for most of my adult life. No need to be fancy.

 ;D Thanks for the laugh.

I crave spice, but I can't take that much heat as I haven't been eating very spicy food in the past few years. I don't think I can eat raw peppers like you. I love jalapeno peppers, but to be honest those can be too spicy for me at times.  ;D

Iíve only tried one time, but I didnít care for it. Couldíve been the vendor that made it though. I like kaffir lime, but I was not expecting the peppers to take on that flavor entirely. Iíd try other peopleís versions, but I wonít be trying that same one again.

Disgusting and for $10 per bag? Ridiculously more than some good beef jerky

My sister gave me a bag to try. They were good, but I was expecting more heat.  ;D

My sister's now trying her hand at making pepper chips herself, but she's using really spicy dried chilies.
