than split 4 to 1 happen back in aug of 2020
$400+/4 share= $100

4 share=$100+ each ($400+ total)

haven't run the math yet

went through hard time and is trading at $0.25

it is not meeting that $1 minimum requirement to stay on the exchange
it might do a 1-8 reverse split
to bring to stock price back above $1 so it don't get kick off the exchange
