A long time ago, I read somewhere that people killed one another over Nike shoes.

Then recently I read that someone killed someone else for blocking his daughter on Facebook.

In our Hmong community, a bar owner was shot and killed over $20.00 related to a pool session.

I don't think it's the value involved that make people fight over Pokemon cards. It's the lack of
self-control over little conflicts that have created fights and killings.

my little brother hasn't fought anyone yet, but he sure did make a ton of easy money off resale of these cards. Over $7K in a week.  There was one time when the guy behind him was pissed because he cleaned out the shelf and the guy was complaining to the cashier while he was checking out but nothing they could do about it.  This was at Walmart too.
