I don’t but I know people that do who have said wearing mask from pandemic as a habit found relief going outside with mask on this season without medication.

I tell others that many third world country folks don't have seasonal allergy because their bodies are too busy fighting things like malaria... ??? ;D

my allergies doesn't hit till fall.  usual medicine, zertec, claritin, allegra

Tried all 3 of those non-drowsy anti-histamine over the years and Zyrtec tends to work best, Claritin second and then Allegra..

If it's bad enough, I also use Flonase..
