Korean pho like quat da pho?

Totally cultural appropriation by taking what is a good thing and playing frankenstein with it.  I'll still eat it though cuz I'm nasty like that.

That looks good. There is a Mexican/Korean place around me that does something like this. I think the mom was Korean and the dad was Mexican so they opened up a restaurant with the mix.

Do their kids called themselves Korex(Korean-Mexican) or Mexorean (Mexican- Korean)?

There is a mexican restaurant that serves pho burrito.  The same stuff that goes into your pho bowl minus the juice and they added hoisen and sriracha sauce for the flavoring.   Sounds nasty.  I haven't tried it and I will never will.

You know it's a good dish when other groups/cultures mixed it in with their own food.   O0

That looks good.

Not bad IMO especially the Korean galbi but I still prefer the ones at the actual Viet restaurants.
