I mean with a fake and/or blank card, FRAUDs can easily fill in the blanks unlike ones that are filled out by actual health care workers during the time of shots like the sample below that will be more difficult for FRAUDs to change afterwards...:

Fake Vaccine Cards On The Rise: CVS Employee Arrested For Stealing Them

A CVS employee in Long Island, New York, was arrested this week for stealing Covid-19 vaccination cards to distribute, Nassau County Police said Thursday, one of a growing number of people facing consequences for pushing fraudulent vaccination cards as the fake documents become a looming threat to the country’s effort to eradicate the coronavirus. Zachary Honig, 21, was arrested Tuesday on charges including petit larceny and criminal possession of a forged instrument after taking eight pre-filled vaccination cards and 54 blank ones, and CVS said in a statement they had terminated his employment and were cooperating with investigators.

Some just don't care  :idiot2::

"Why fake vaccine cards are a public health risk

Making, selling or using a fake vaccine card is a federal crime. It's also a risk to public health in the COVID-19 pandemic."

Don't think the authorities can stop all the fraudsters out there but the more they stop, the better for society as a whole in regards to health and well-being:

What's Being Done To Stop Sales Of Fake Vaccination Cards

JESSICA KARTALIJA: People who are looking to cash in on vaccinations are selling fake and in some cases real vaccination cards online. M now look at the consequences, and what's being done.

It's a simple piece of paper with some significant benefits. A CDC vaccination card with proof of a COVID vaccine is expected to become a passport of sorts, not only for travel, but for entering into concerts and events. But it appears that some are hoping to cash in on those who might try to skirt the system.

CBS found this listing for WHO international vaccination cards listed for $10 a pop on Facebook. On Amazon, a two-pack with the CDC logo and vinyl covers for just 7.95.

- I feel like it's a drug deal.

- Wow, they're good.

JESSICA KARTALIJA: Inside Edition found similar cards listed on Craigslist and confronted a seller.

- I just put it up there on eBay. And whoever wants it, can get it, and do what they want with it.

JESSICA KARTALIJA: And investigators say, in some cases, people may be stealing lot numbers from vaccine card selfies they find online, then forging the blank cards with other people's information.

SEAN RAGAN: They can do that, yeah, and they could steal your identity.

JESSICA KARTALIJA: FBI Special Agent in Charge Sean Ragan says that's why the FBI warns against posting photos of your card online. And he warns buying or selling fraudulent vaccine cards is illegal.

SEAN RAGAN: If you are fraudulently trafficked, you can be arrested. You can be prosecuted, and you can go to jail.

JESSICA KARTALIJA: The National Association of Attorneys General is calling on social media companies and online retailers to prevent people from selling vaccine cards. But Ragan's concern goes beyond buying and selling the cards.

SEAN RAGAN: Any time someone commits fraud, that's a concern that we have, less confidence, so to speak, in the system.

JESSICA KARTALIJA: The cards found for sale on Amazon are no longer available, and the cards found on Facebook were reported.
