Recipe for them sour mango

add sugar to a bowl.  Then add fish sauce, tasting it along the way to get it to a caramel looking liquid. 

You got the sour from the mango then you got the sweet and salty of the sauce.  Add msg if you wanna flow that direction or add pepper. 

Making my mouth watered.  The Laos uses sesame seed to give it a burnt toasting flavor.

We were poor back in Laos so we just use salt and chili pepper but still taste so good.. ;D
