The trip look fun though. 90 degrees celsius sure is hot.
Why didn't you bring bottles of cold H2O with you?

If you have to suffer, I wouldn't call it a good adventure.

If I want to suffer like that in 100 degrees heat, I can just stay local and get baked in the sunshine like I have while fishing, no shades and getting baked.  I'm doing it again this weekend by the way.  5 miles is the distance from the parked car to the hot spot honey hole that not many are willing to take.

Too hot, too dusty, too dirty, I wanna go home....  Flew to the grand canyon just for you to say that?   :2funny:

My body couldn’t adjust fast enough
Going from 60 to 90+ degree
It sure feel like 100+ with the sun beaming
Thats hard for us midwest folks to adjust in that short amount of time
I was sweating like crazy too
My body just didn’t feel right this time around

100 degrees celsius is dangerously bad. It's not a perfect day to take sight-seeing.
There's a time i barely died by dehydration. I didn't know I was riding the bike under extreme temperature. Even though I brought ice cold water, the intense heat melt it within minutes. By the time I almost reach my destination, I fell to the ground vomiting water out of my mouth. Good thing a Samaritan came to help me up and offer me a ride. I told him not to worry. I almost there. I learned that traveling especially walking or riding a bike under intense heat is really dangerous.
