What goes through your mind when you come across things like this?

Personally for me, it's a plot to drives out the Hmong competition in the weed business because many whites are growing weeds illegally and legally yet nothings been done to them like to the Hmong.  That's my personal opinion.  If you drive past parts of northern CA, you'll see weeds farm along the side of highways, in towns, and clearly visible.  You can't say all these are Hmong?

Now picture this.  You live in a small town where the water underneath your feet is like them reserved water well for your town when during a drought time like this and here comes a weed plantation guy next door sucking it to water his crops.  You know it takes a lot of water to do these types of operations.

So what is the real issue here?  Pushing out the competition?  Racism or the conservation or water?

Maybe all three but I'd say it's not conservation of water.  How come the same standards don't apply to non Hmong?  Like I said, driving along northern CA, you see weed farms along hillside, valleys, towns legal and illegal.  Why target only the Hmong?

It's legal but of course people will find a loophole, illegal activity, etc... but still why not target the individual vs. the entire race.  This is not right.

Cannabis has been growing in the region illegally lonnnng before the Hmong came into the picture.  Even today, many non Hmong are still growing.  When I was in northern CA, I met a group of Hmong day laborers who worked for a policeman on his weed farm.  Is this a illegal, legal farm?  We don't know.

A policeman or a Sheriff?

Sheriffs I have encountered are mostly anal about the people surround them. They take the job too seriously when the people aren't a threat to them. It's not that they lack specific training. It's one of their personality trait, paranoia or xenophobia. They think they're special within their own community.

I also have encountered cops in blue uniform. They were cool and chill. The only places they hang out are coffee shop and gas station.

The market is over flooded.  1lb is selling as low as $200 when it used to be $1k+.  The hmong weed community is toxic.  It's all about money.
