;D ;D Good thing these black folks have common sense not to trust the media thinking Asian have COVID virus.

I'll be happy to buy a bag of Chow Mein from the Black chef.

This restaurant may not survive had it was in a white or asian neighborhood.  Why?  Cuz with whites, there are still racism and with asian, well if you live near any asian communities, you have to compete with other authentic asian restaurants.

This blaq dragon is catering to the black folks.  With black folks, they support one another and well, they eat everything, especially how they eat their chinese food.  Plus it looks like they are in the ghetto somewhere so yeah, it goes hand in hand with cheap eats and alcohol or ghetto party food.   O0

"Chef Austin noticed that his neighborhood of Capitol Heights, Maryland, a largely African-American community, was surrounded by businesses like liquor stores, food carry outs and convenient stores."

I don't think he cater to mostly black folks. He meant everybody. If he did he's racist, not serving to any white and Asian.  ;D

If Jimmy's Soul Food in Del Paso Heights, CA (also in the hood in North Sacramento neighborhood) can be Hmong own and run, Blaq Dragon Chinese Restaurant can be Black own:

The reason the BLAQ colored it red because they learned that the Chinese love Red in everything: envelope, clothes, lantern, calligraphy, architectural designs from Qing dynasty to Mao Ze Dong era. Red symbolize fortune and luck while the dragon symbolize as entity and power.
You'll see dragon statues everywhere in Chinese major cities.
