Here's the important life lesson I taught my girl:

Clean the equipment and put things back where it belong so it'll be ready to go the next around. For BBQ grill, clean while it's still hot as it takes less energy...  O0 O0 O0

Storing my BBQ grill after use is also easy because it folds into the size of a suitcase. The compact storage and mobility (can be carry around like a suitcase) is what sold me  O0:

Nice! Didn’t catch my attention until it folded into a suit case. How sturdy is it when grilling and where did you picked this up from?

Thanks! Very sturdy so far after one year of ownership and using it about 5 times. The only thing I've added is some wheels so I can roll it when needed. I bought it from an older Mexican neighbor. He told me his families built those Santa Maria style grills in Mexico so when ever he visits, he'll bring a bunch back and sell it in the states and then send the money back to them. He moved this past Fall though.

Here's a photo of the grill the first time I used it (no wheels):

And currently with wheels:

Past cooking on the same grill:

What intrigued me most and sold me was the portability of the grill. I can take it camping, tailgating at the ball game, etc. Weighs about 50 lbs. but it can fold into suitcase and has a handle so easy to carry it around. Reminds me of my suitcase picnic bench.. O0

man i love the tomato pepper dipping sauce..i always thought my family was one of the fewy Hmong family that uses tomotos to make "pepper".
haha I think it's more of a Southern Cali Hmong thing..lols I don't see it often with Northern Cali Hmong families..I'm originally from so-cal so my family always made our pepper using tomatos. haha

Yeah, they go great with BBQ so I try to make them every time I grill  O0:
