They are so sure that trump is going to run.  This will give some people a sense of hope and for them to rise up once again.  Your savior is coming folks.  Make a path for him as it shows there that 99% sure that he will run again. 

I rather have a 99% chance of winning statistic than just running.  I can see it now, whatever Biden has on his agenda and has already done, he will flip the script and will win.  When I become president, I'll bring fire and fury and will take Afghanistan back and give it to Rocket boy.
