Defense: you can’t use ipad to display video because apple uses logs to alter the images.
Judge: I believe defense, if you want to prove our team wrong so you can show that ipad video, then you need to bring an expert witness to prove otherwise.
Prosecutor: can we have some time to go get this expert?
Judge: no.
