a little on the lean side
good if you like to eat kinda of RAW

if eating raw laab and drinking budlight
i usually cook those

you don't know if the cow is going be prime, choice or select
until you gut and clean him and take sample

 

at the stores.. i already know the meat is PRIME
plus i don't want to go digging through my freezer for meat
