New Year Resolution Gym Goers
« on: January 10, 2022, 04:35:33 PM »
It's that time when the gym is jam pack.  I give it till February when folks give up.  I don't have that problem since my gym opens 24/7 and I go late at night.  The goal this year is to cut weight, enough with bulking.

I just bought two 45 plates from Amazon since I am trying to build my own home gym. What I need is a personal coach to teach me how to get bigger.

Steak, steak, and more steak.  You'll also need more than two 45lbs plates but we all start from the bottom.  IMO, do your own research that way you'll retain the info.  You can do it!!!

I’ve canceled gym membership since beginning of pandemic and started a mini home gym. Don’t want to be huffing and puffing or other people doing the same around me in an enclosed area. I have about 600 lbs of weights just incase lol. I box and bike for cardio but been lazy lately.

I don't wait for the gym to be available or unavailable. I just work out regardless.
