Well come fix this person's car.   

On cold starts in the morning, the automatic transmission slips in 1st and 2nd gear.  After warming up, it shifts like normal. 

Could be low on trannie fluid.  Hack is to let idle for 10 minutes before driving.  Trannie fluid will get heated up and the fluid will expand. 

1.  Car has 410K miles
2.  Did a drain and filled about 50K ago
3.  Never did a trannie filter change
