temp to perm. cause i went thru bestbuy and not a temp agency. so after my review/or end of peak season, whichever. they will hire me on. starting pay is $13. and perm. pay is $14. up to whatever the max is. decent benefits too. which reminds me! i need to apply @ NWA! 

BB has great benefits and great discounts. MR D use to work in the IT of BB and i have a guy friend who works at BB as a customer service agent and he gets discounts.
