How has the work force changed for you throughout the years?It seems everyone that I talk to want to get out of their current job. Everyone seems so depressed and stressed out, looking for a way out. And its just not in one field, its across every market. And do you believe in the saying that "its not the job, its the people"?

This year is going to sukk. Right in the middle of the week. Can't even get drunk or stay up late to shoot fire works
