Seems like every week
Some black person is gun down
Where is your stance on this issue???
-
Reform is needed.

I was talking to a person who is in the criminal justice and I said, how come police don't shoot to injure but shoot to kill... Many instance they (police) could have injure a person to protect themselves, say shoot in the leg so the person stop running or some place less deadly. He said in their training, they shoot to kill to avoid complications later on and for suspects w/ a longgg record, one they (police) feel confident will not give them a problem, they can choose to shoot to injure...
Not sure how true the info is... but
Yes a reform is needed.

Follow the rules and you won’t be shot by officers keeping the peace.
I’m more concern with blacks hating on our elderly.

I gotta play the Devil's Advocate here. You're using an old argument. Regardless of color or ethnicity, don't let the actions of a few taint your pov. Innocent people are killed by law enforcement officers.
Moving forward;
Did you show the same concern when Hmong/Asian families were targeted by Hmong/Asian gangs (home invasion robberies)?
Do you show the same concern about Hmong/Asian husbands killing their wives?
If we were to condemn a group of people based off what we see/hear/read about, then as a Hmong man I'm screwed because we're a bunch of wife-beating-wife-murderers who can't take rejection right?

Yes, I definitely show the same concerns when anything of that nature occurring.
I’m not for cops shooting just because either. There’s always the other side of the story.
We only see when is being reported. I’ll leave that for our justice system.

Every single time I wanna say anything obvious, my laptop crashes. Hmmm seems like the devil don't want me to reveal the dirty truth about the police department. Wasted 5 minutes of my time writing good sh!ets.

I think the police need to build trust with the African American communities. I can kind of sense that when African-Americans are stopped/pulled over by police, there's a sense of fear....fear of getting killed so they do the very thing that get them killed: run away, drives away, talk back/provoke officers (fight back mentality), etc... When the best thing to do is stay calm, follow directions, and let it go from there.

I think we should hire more liberal cops and less conservative cops. Maybe cops need to go to 4 years university as psychology majors or something.
-
You guys see that cop who use the gun, instead of the taser video???
Damnnnn
Lack of training right there
-
I realize a lot of cops don't know the integrity of what policing means. Reform will straighten them out to a large extent.
There will be loopholes here and there, but the reform will certainly help a lot of cops do their jobs more smoothly and better instead of just taking a gun
into the street and elsewhere to shoot.
Reform is needed.

Beyond the rhetoric, our standards for hire are extremely low compared to other countries;

You can’t mistake a glock for a taser
The grips is different and ergonomic is all different
LACK OF TRAINING
-
Can we also address why black folks running from the police???
Alot of these video
After being caught, they still try to run away
