Title: HOW WAS YOUR DAY?........... got chew out tonight badly by the manager....

I was put in a leadership role (team lead) couple week ago
didn't really want it but i guess there was no one else

basically...

i work manufacturing and there a quote we have to meet every day, week, months...
got chew out hard man
the manager say every time he comes over...
we always relaxing and talking and chit chatting
that i need to keep my guys in check

WTF!!!

i want to hit him in the face
but i hold myself back

once I got chew out and spit out....
i don't remember....
must have been like 20-30 minutes
he just kept going on...
and ON....
giving advice on leadership...


ONCE THAT IS DONE.....

i went back to my guys...
they ask me what the manager say
i just told them.... "he say we doing a great job... keep up the good work"!!!

out the other ear....
