After a month and a half in recovery mode, I'm going to start running again...last night i jetted one darn mile only and my body was aching in pain, but i know it was for the better ...
as age is catching up to me, i realized i'm having these chronic pain and it's not a good sign :'(

my gal cousins wants to do Vegas again, and my definite answer to them was "oh heeeeeeeeek Yeah!" I meant..."Yes sirree!" :D :D
Goal: Vegas 2013 :P Long ways to go but now is the time to start saving up again... :D

my kiddo is ok *whew!...his ankle did not swell up as bad as i thought it would have been...
I was so worried...i even pray for his well being to get better :'(
I think because that split sec. that i had pull out the stinger, it made a big difference...i f I did not see it and was further ahead of him, the stinger would had puncture deeper....
he is ok and walking like nothing happened....he is my trooper...I love him so much...

I'm not a novel reader nor do I like to read too much. I rather spend my bed time playing games or reading other things besides novels.
I decided to download an audio version of the infamous book "Fifty Shades of Grey" just because it was free...and so far, I'm on Chapter 4 and it's putting me to sleep... >:( >:( I don't see the hype yet....thank goodness I did not spend $ on the book.
We'll see how the other chapters are...

Upcoming weekend plans and it's only Monday, I'm a little bit excited about it because the girls and I are getting together for a photoshoot and makeover ! :D
*Find WHITE dress for photoshoot and makeover for cousin's birthday
*Praying for PMS week to be over w/ so I can wear white ;D
*also find ways to reduce fattening food craving/intake so I can at least fit into old white dresses if I cannot find an outfit
*Praying for no last min. face zits to appear...Urgh! :P

Sister called me up earlier that her train is stuck and her bf's sister and them will need a ride home after work. I told her I'm fine with dropping them home.
And then I totally forgot about something and this light came on... Dur! I only have a 2 seater! doh! Had to quickly text her back that unless they want to ride in the trunk or on the top of the car then go right ahead as long as it ain't me. ;D :P
I'm losing it. Old age is catching up. *sighs... :'( :P

Today is my father's actual 50th birthday. Happy birthday dad, love you and thanks for all that you do for us, thanks for all your support, all your words of encouragement and most of all your love.
We did a pre-birthday celebration for him. As a birthday gift for him, we decided to rent out a cabin in Lake Tahoe ...trip will be in two weeks. Excited! :D

My 3 day weekend went by like a blink of an eye...
Wedding weekend in Fresno, Reno for the Ribs fest, and then back to work already.
Overall, great weekend.
I love our friend's wedding decors. They did a wonderful job. Congrats and we love you both, may your new journey together as husband and wife be prosperous and exciting.
best part of it, I won $ 2 from their guest give aways... :P

I miss my bestfriend :'(
Decided to message her to spend a day with me so we can both share and update our life stories. I've been very bad w/ keeping in touch with friends these days. I just feel as if everyone's so busy w/ their own life that a brief moment w/ me would take away a precious amount of their time.
She left me when she got married...i was :'( but also happy for her. It wasn't until 7 yrs later that I finally got married and now the hub. is my go-to person for every emotional turmoil. ;D :P The only difference is that he will never understand the female mind and how it operates...he can only analyze and make judgement but he will never fully grasp the whole concept of it.
Time for some venting session...it's good for the mind, body and soul. :)

Mom's been very successful this year with her garden and we've been very fortunate this year with her fruits of labor. Plenty of greens and cucumbers to last us throughout winter.

Mom and I decided to head out to the infamous Flea Market/Farmer's Market out in Galt today to get some stuff for her garden and some fruits for my work potuluck tomorrow.
We figured no stroller necessary for it may just be a quick trip to get the things we needed and out we go...but nope...
Of course, my Mom and Aunt had took forever so I was stuck with my kiddo. It took them forever to look for things so I decided to wander off w/ my kiddo for some fruits.

and then what I had for lunch...it's a nasty combo. We had a salad bar at our cafeteria so thought I'll mixed in some stuff...the crab salad was a failed, the most nasty combo I mistakenly put w/ my noodle salad...*pukes..
Being sick doesn't help either. :'( I hate this feeling. The coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and everything is making me feel miserable. :(

it's been 5 yrs. since my cousin's passing :'( :'(
he was like a brother to us...my father and uncle took him in when no one else wanted him and they treated him like their son... they provided a roof over his head and helped him turned his life around....
this past weekend was his daughter's wedding and although he's no longer here with us, my father took his place in giving my niece away....
my father got a bit emotional during his speech which made everyone teary :'(

South Lake Tahoe is quite beautiful during the fall. My mother had wanted a mini getaway from the city with her sisters and she had been asking me forawhile now, so this past weekend, my cousin and I had took them out for a day of pictures and to just sight-see.

Just logging in -my back pain came back on Nov. 17 2012, the most dreadful week ever. Started my new job and I was in pain, but did not want to take the days off so I literally dragged my handicap body to work. To top it off, the elevators were down and in repair, so I had to climb 5 flights of stairs to my office. I literally was about to faint huffing and puffing my ass to work along with my pain.
Back to the treadmill...an d more stretching *sighs...Day 2
