Is the ball tossing game during Hmong new year a form of today's speed dating? If so, wish I was younger ;D

It can be. Although you get better results standing next to the girl you like and tossing the ball to her friend. It's kinda hard to do much talking when you're actually her partner cause you so far apart.

Tossing ball is gaining popularity among the young.
Can't wait til this New Years...all my nieces will be flying in from all over the US. Tossing ball this year will be a blast for daughter and nieces....so many of them.

and it goes flying and bounce on someone else's head!!!

That makes sense, so you really don't get to talk to them? And everything is by looks and when you find them attractive do you just approach them and chase them? ;D

I usually wear a lot of bangles bracelet.
plus I'll most likely wear hmong clothes
and thats already a lot right there...

PL, the game is very much like strip poker... if you drop the ball, you give something of yours to her... and if she drops the ball, she gives you something. The idea is that later on... when you meet up with her to give back her things... that is when you get to know her and you can then make your moves.
That's how my first love got me... lolz. For each item, I would have to dance with him once at the new year... I gave him so many things, I ended up dancing with him all night.

I lost a both shoes!"good thing I didn't wear white socks" and my button down shirt! "had a white tee under! wheew!" on this game! >:( >:( so not the business ..
But! I got her green wrapping cloth around her waist, hat, and heels/pumps! ;D 8) her nice white feet started gettin dirty.. :2funny:

To test if the hmong chick likes me or not, I would give them the gesture to throw me the ball. If do then proceed. If don't then who cares, I'm not hmong anyway. :2funny:
