I do about 45 minutes. And then 10 minutes cardio. What is yours?
-
2-3 hours

It's important to hit around ten minutes of high intensity work out. If you can't at least try to build it up.
-
45 - 1 hour depending on the wait time for free weights. Also, on lifting days I do not do cardio but that is a personal preference.

I just do 30 minute on my 1 hr lunch time about 4 times a week. 10 minute cardio 20minute legs or upper body lifting.
-
Just 15 minutes this morning. 5 running, 5 incline fast walking, and 5 weights and stretching.
-
For me...
Resistance Training Days: 45-75 minutes
Cardio Days: 20 minutes (HIIT/Tabata) or 45 minutes (circuit/interval training)

Neither do I. I may warm up with a light jog or jump rope for ten minutes to warm the body up and get the heart going but no "cardio" on resistance training days.

You guys are hardcore. I'm too lazy. I run for about an hour (5-6 miles) then call it a day.
Hard core indeed! 5 to 6 miles is no joke.

I mostly don't count the time I exercise or work out. I only count how many sets and repetitions to get myself so sore that I can take the pain and I gain muscle mass.
-
40 mins cardio & 60 mins strength training, alternating days
-
2-3 hours
That's waaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaay to Lonnnnnnnnnnnn nnnnnnnnnnnnnn nnnnnnng.
You're not benefiting yourself by working out that long.

Well if your trying to lose weight it helps!

If you want to lose weight, change your eating habit. All the weight training and exercising isn't going to lose any weights if change in eating is not done. All you're doing is exhausting yourself and making you hungry for more food. In the end, you'll end up with more weight.
