The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield is a book I would recommend for people to read. It is a series of books. It's a novel with good insights of how people are changing. It's not a self help book but does have philosophical and spiritual themes.

Ive read and watched the movie. Both are good. Have you seen the movie?

Seen the movie but prefer the book.
