I remember this conversation in a car with some vangs..and they was laughing about it..

So I wasnt sure they was serious or not.

Nope, saw it on YouTube the other night. A Hmong-Vietnamese stated Faj and Phab are one and the same. Faj is the green dialect and Phab is the white dialect. Only in Laos has the two become two distinct clans.
