When the one white guy tried to speak and the black leader of the mountain tribe started his Woot! WOOT WOOT! and his men all WOOTed behind him like gorillas, I started laughing at how primitave that made them look. The black people around me just gave me that mean stare. It was dark in the room so I could only see the ones right next to me but I imagined everyone in the room focusing on me.

To HL, just because some people abuse a system does not mean it doesn't work. If it allows people to get help for their mental issues, then YES it is working. If the system didn't exist and these people don't get help and they're out there shooting our kids in school, we are in alot of trouble.
As for the other two's argument about whether it is the government's job to take care of the mental health folks. Keep in mind that he original purpose of government was to PROTECT people or PROMOTE general welfare of people. Meaning, the government's role is to make sure everyone is safe and sound.
If you are not doing everything you can to protect your citizens from people with mental health, then you are not doing your job as government. If protecting people means getting help for those who need it, then it should be the government's responsibility to do so. Why is that so difficult to understand?

I'm surprised there's no mention of a child from the incident when she was 19 though. She admits they did it then.

iono though. The whole story smells kinda fishy to me. She's saying she agreed to go to a hotel with him, but then didn't do it with him and instead just asked him to leave. Her reason: having him waste money on a hotel. That doesn't sound like a plausible reason for that whole ordeal. Maybe they had one last dip but she didn't wanna admit it? That would be more plausible.

Just incase the market collapses, I sold off all my large cap mutual funds and bought some International securities and more stable funds that include products like pharmaceutical s, Coke and aluminum, etc.
