Title: English Class for none speaking folks

Where is good place in or school in the st. paul for somebody who just arrived here in the states and wants to starting taking English Class?

What's the age range? I use to work for a program in St.Paul which offers ESL classes.

adult around 25 years of age.

The Hubb Center, HAP, Laos Family on Arcade, not University location.. there are so many. McDonough REc Center also offers classes.

I'm glad they are wanting to pursue learning English, getting an education, a job and not just coming to live off the government. :)
