there are some weird ass shyt up here in northern wisconsin...
don't know if military airplane or satellite or whatever
but i have seen some strange light
that i don't know where it came from
moves really fast

Isn't each story just one that was passed on from another who has heard it from another whose source came from still another that didn't quite have any first-hand knowledge but just belief from either a dream or another's story that another has passed onto him or her from the other's overhearing others told, etc.?
