Title: Camping Gear: Inflatable pillows and pads
Post by: Dok_Champa on May 17, 2021, 09:52:24 AM
Anyone use them?  Do they work as well as pillow and air bed?

I don't use them.

I have a small tent bed so that the bed is raised above ground. I get scared of nightcrawlers coming out of the grass at night.

I was on a road trip and wanted to pack light but for local camping or some place not too far, like you, I prefer raised bed for the same reason.  I have a little phobia of nighcrawlers especially worms.

Fisherman afraid of night crawler?  Come on man

I would love to see these creepy crawlers.  I don't have to buy my bait.  Besides, when you die and decompose, who else is going to expose your bones to make it pretty?

Modern camping, yes should work.  Primitive camping, I would think they tend to get punctured.
