NIO is holding momentum. If it's true what Democrats are saying,  I'm pretty sire there may be a market here in the United States for NIO with battery swap as an option.

Personally I would like to own NIO sports car but I no money.

Up to you
Are you long term or short term?

NIO is long term but if NIO is gonna be delisted from the US stock exchange.  Its not gonna work.

I'm thinking about pulling out from the EV stocks....Dona ld Trump is going to sign a bill to delist Chinese EV stocks in the stock exchange. This will very well impact the price of the stock NIO and also its better to get out then when the price drops down to a low.

We say family is always first, but how many of us actually practice what we preach? When was the last time you took your parents out to a nice dinner?
i do, my familymembersa lwayscomes first before anything. If they are doing a party or a just coming together and grill. The last time i took my parents to eat out was before covid hit and we went to an all you can eat seafood buffet $75 per person and i paid for the whole bill. My entirefamily was there too.

We say money is not important but how many of us have relatives that engaging in illegal marijuana cultivation. Some are dealing in it.
well money i don't got but no matter what if i have to spend money on my family, i would rather spend it on them first then myself

We say our health is everything but how many of us exercise regularly, eat the right food and avoid stress.
i admit im a fatass but who cares, i know my health is important but that doesn'tmean you need to just stop life just to exercise. I alwaystry to stay active. If I'm not, those are my cheat days   :2funny:

I think we are all hypocrites, especially myself.

you have to talk to the leased landlord
see if you can break out of it
there might be a penalty, most likely

if they nice, they let you go   ;D O0

otherwise, you have to pay up till the leased term is over
HAHAH FAWK LEASED!!!

Yeah thats whats crappy about apartment lease. You have to pay for the break of your lease.

a lot of the FHA loan run by the government and stuff
first time homebuyer
require you to stay in the home

on your application, they ask all those question
bro.... trust me
it's not worth lying on the application and going to jail

He not lying though lol, you can't just up and leave a lease can you? I know you gotta let the landlord know 28 days before you leave a month to month lease. If you can just up and leave that will be awesome.

Well the thing is he is on a month to month now at his apartment. He has been living in the new home for 4 months now but still has the apartment leased month to month.

Nothing in a house isn't going to be perfect. Things break and you have to fix it. You can YouTube how to fix things around the house to save money. Plus your investing in your home in the long run so gotta think long term and not short term.

Hello i was wondering if anyone has experienced purchasing a home and was living in an apartment at the same time?

My current situation is that my brother is purchasing a home and is also living in an apartment and the underwriter thinks that he is jist using his credit towars the home purchase and not actually live there. Is there a law that states you must live in only 1 home? I thought you can do primary and secondary home addresses? The underwriter says its illegal to do that.
