Warren Buffett Has Spent 70 Years Of His Life Married — His Advice: 'If You Want A Marriage To Last, Look For Someone With Low Expectations'

Buffett's philosophy on marriage is encapsulated in his advice shared during the 2015 Most Powerful Women Summit. "If you want a marriage to last, look for someone with low expectations," he said.

A lot of woman already have low expectations. I'm not sure how much lower they can go.

At this point, Warren Buffet is short of advising men to marry a woman whom they can abuse and take advantage of.

After a lot of observations, I'm starting to see that the real secret ingredient to a long-lasting marriage is to get with someone who is a lazy dater. Someone who doesn't want to go through the dating process has a stronger sense of commitment. The trick is to find a lazy dater who you can get along with and doesn't intentionally do things to get under your skin.  O0
