On Wednesday, the Nets star saw his Coinbase investment pay off when the digital currency exchange platform hit the public markets with a whopping $86 billion valuation. It marks Durant's largest investment victory to date with his Thirty Five Ventures company.

I think most people care a lot more about ARK investing in it than some basketball player. I had to apologize to the people I made fun of for buying Dogecoin.  ;D  Still won't buy it, but I know people who bought around three cents or less.

Some folks bought it to be funny but after yielding a few thousand percent, that is some serious gains. Every time Elon Musk tweets something, many people just go on a buying frenzy. I remembered the signal tweet not that long ago and the wrong signal company shot up like crazy.  ;D
