Keep on dreamin'.

It's unlikely the two said phers will ever stop bickering. A former mod tried to get one of them banned but was denied. Admin admitted that both of them were seen in the same light and that they were the only reason ph was alive. The mod left ph in a huff.

This comment will probably get deleted for bringing that up, but it's the truth.

The question is whether certain people should be more moderated so they stop hijacking treads and spamming? Or should they be allowed to to keep this forum alive? Are they preventing or turning other people off from posting? The ignore function only works if you are logged in.  ;D

Dam... i did not know.

I Have a Dream

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for Hmong love and understanding in history.

I have come here today to dramatize a shameful condition. It is obvious today that our Hmong brother and sisters has defaulted on this promissory note to love each other. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.

Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy; now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice; now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood; now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.

I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day  HmongRock and theking will be able to sit at the same table and not argue about the length of their fishing poles or who has a bigger gun.

I have a dream!

I dream that one day HmongRock will stop going to the bread lines to receive free food meant for the poor and needy.

I have a dream!

I dream that one day that YAX will also make me an Admin on PH, so I can post whatever I feel like.

I have a dream!

I dream that one day Lilly would come back and say Hi, I miss her.

I have a dream!

I dream that one day Dok_Champa would leave her husband and run away with me.

I may not make it to the promised land with you… but I can hope.

Somehow I don't see Covid being a deterrence on anything I want to do. I have always had my solo getaways--sometimes to unknown places--and I will keep that up whether there's Covid or not. Even if there's no Covid, I won't be doing anything new.

How about just not having to wear a mask.. how about hugging a loved one, how about sitting down to drink with a total stranger, and how about flirting with that girl at the super market?

Continue the plan from last year, go to Japan for the Olympics, hop over to South Korea and China then fly to Africa and head back home.

Had to scrapped all that off last year. Had some hope for the Olympics this year because that's the main destination out of the trip but saw this the other day so got shut out again:

"No Fans From Abroad for Postponed Tokyo Olympics. The postponed Tokyo Olympics look like they will take place without any fans from abroad when they open in just under five months. The Japanese newspaper Mainichi said on Wednesday the decision had been made to exclude foreign fans."

I do miss traveling, my buddy and I plan to spend a month in Cambodia and that will be my goal if things let up.

IT will not end as it can multate

If enough people get the vaccine, it will then becomes the seasonal flu as we can pass it to one another but without the severe hospitalizatio n or death.

I'm fine with that.  As long as we don't die  O0

I think you may be right... I also think most have a good chance to survive it.

What would you be doing or want to do that you couldn’t do or is not currently doing today?

Personally, I want to go north and meet my bro Rock and have a bud light with him. View his gun collection and go beat up on some bass!

While all things have led me to be who I am and where I am today, if I could change one thing, I might change my college major from Marketing to Accounting. I'd like to think that wouldn't change much, but maybe it would have. I might not have spent as much time with the friends I shared classes with. I may have made different friends. But who really knows?

As it is- it is what it is.

Back in high school, I had no clue about what I wanted to be or do with my life.  I took a typing class only because of a girl I thought liked me. Of course she dropped the class, dumped me later on and broke my heart. But that typing class taught me to type which led me to a word processing class. The word processing class introduced me to computer and computer programming. Ultimately being around computers sparked my interest in electronics and electrical engineering. And so I became an electrical and electronic engineering student.

I could go back and choose not to be hurt by that girl, but then it was she who helped me to have the career I have today.

Can't people start threads without it going off topic or without certain people going at it with each other on here?

It's no wonder most people don't bother posting on here anymore.  ::)

Thank you beautiful!
