Title: Fishing: What to catch in MN at the end of September?

cuz your boy will be in town (22nd weds to 29th weds) to visit his 90 years old uncle who biopsy showed negative for cancer. 

Not sure what is peak season for what critters in the mn hmong/viet area during that time.  White bass is done and it will be the fall run for something else.  Catfish off the Mississippi?  Crappie?  Giant gills?  Walleye?  Sauger?  Muskie? 

I got time to do my research.   O0

that looks kinda far

think the furthest I will take him is this spot here for his white bass n crappie.  Just gotta find where they sell me some live minnows.  It is somewhere past mystic lake area.

 Living in mn and an avid fishermen and never ever heard him talking about white bass.  Then again, as a senior citizen that doesn't drive, his sons are non fishermen so they usually takes him to any local lakes for the typical gills and crappie and bass stuff. 

I want different species. Sheepheads be nice.  Whatever fish species yall take for granted, I find joy in it.   O0

Just rechecked the tix pricing, had I flown in a week prior like on the 15th of sept, $135 round trip tix from smf to msp. 

Cot dayam just found out my other crew is in MN for the j4 looking for hooze holiday right now.  That was my original plan but got cancelled cuz I couldn't find anybody to go with.  $700 ticket if I want to buy now and board today and be there tonight   :2funny:

End of September is crappie fishing and maybe some walleyes.  It's that false upstream run again and sometimes you will catch smaller whitebass.

I can not believe it.  Spirit airline just cancelled my flight, saying that there is no flight coming back.  They gonna issue me a credit but I'm like hell no.  If I cancel then I'll get the credit but if you cancel, give me back my money cuz I'm done support your airline. 

I got my tix at $188 rt so was it that small of a fee that they sold my ticket or whatever that is the case?  I rechecked the schedule again and cot dayam, flying out is $50 and coming back is $250.  They are money thirty yo.  Giving me credit so I can book again and pay more. 

My PTO is still in and I am not so sure what my plan will be.  Maybe delay till a later month.  I just dunno.
