Two problems here:

1. Dudley, the victim, had no blaze orange on, and
2. Stately, the shooter, shot without knowing exactly what he was shooting at.

It's like deer fever...they start seeing deer everywhere.  Down the street, by the supermarket, crossing the highway, deer deer oh deer.  Heck someone would probably shoot a John Deere tractor and said it was a mistake.

Now it's like Hmong people and white bass fever.  They be catching other people's lures, crossing other people lines, then be opening up other people's tackle boxes and stuff.
