All you have to do is take their online course on 'White Privilege'....

The North Face: "Privileges can give us access to the outdoors... we refer to 'white privileges' meaning that your race and skin color can give you access to the outdoors when others can be excluded because of historic, enduring racism and biases,"

They are correct... Blacks and minorities are banned from going outdoor. None can go visit any parks (states and nationals), fishing, hunting etc. etc.
Only Whites are allow to do such thing.
