Yes, a Hmong Minnesota woman killed her children in the late 90s.
Her apartment was at McDonough Homes--a public housing project in the farther north center of St. Paul.
She had 6 children from a former husband already. She
was only 24 then, but, again, already had 6 kids with the
oldest being only 11.
Not sure if it was the new failed relationship that made
her do that or if it was a message to our community
that made her take her kids' lives. All 6 dead in one
rage.
My TV crew was on site shortly after the killings became
public. But we weren't
able to interview her.
She wasn't jailed for life. I think she's back out
in the community now, after substantial rehab.

I remember a while back hearing about it... happened at that section 8 housing McDonough or was it McDonald.
She killed her children because her new BF didn't want anything to do with them. Well, there are more to the story but that's what I heard.
