Health & Fitness / Sunisa Lee, our champion!!!
« on: July 29, 2021, 11:07:21 PM »
I am proud of her that she won. As I am tired of Hollywood racism and how we Asians aren't united as we keep killing our champion, we have to champion her for our Asian American community. Amen!!!

Let's champion for her and today is a good day for Hmong people. It's funny that a countryless group won first place. It's sad to see that Laos got a country, but they suck.

Health & Fitness / How to calculate your calories for bodybuilding
« on: July 27, 2021, 03:03:37 PM »

Troy Adashun is a student from Charles Glass. Now, here is the perfect calculator for all of you.

If you want to know how much fat grams you need to take for your myfitnesspal app, it's bodyweight x 40%. That is the math. For example:

My weight is 165 lbs. It's 165 x 40% = 50 grams of fat.

If you want to know how much protein you need to take, it's 1 grams (1g) x bodyweight. Basically, it's 1 x 165 = 165 grams of protein, for example. Carbs are just fillers to reach your maximum calorie surplus if you're an ectomorph. However, if you're an endomorph or a mesomorph, you can still use the calculator that Troy uses. You just need to go on a calorie deficit or a calorie maintenance. For example of me:

Calorie Result
Maintain weight = 2,010 Calories/day

Losing weight
Mild weight loss
0.5 lb/week

Weight loss
1 lb/week

Extreme weight loss
2 lb/week

Gaining weight

Mild weight gain
0.5 lb/week

Weight gain
1 lb/week

Fast weight gain
2 lb/week

This is what I eat. You can eat the hell you want until you reach near to your grams. Just don't eat butter, pizza, or any junk food night that will get you into some food hangover. I listen to Greg Doucette, Troy Adashun, Athlean-x, Arnold, the governator, and Charles Glass. I am on a calorie surplus just to gain weight.

Faith & Beliefs / Are there any psychopaths interested in sex?
« on: May 23, 2021, 03:26:26 PM »
My answer is some of them do and some of them don't. The ones that don't are the scariest. Why? Because they remind me of Joffery from Game of Thrones. He just killed a whore and soon, he will kill his two wives. He's not looking for love; he's looking for power, dominance, and brutality that arouses him. Some men are born to get a boner by beating and killing people without sex. I've studied crazy people and thank GOD...they are locked up!

There are not many are locked up like that of those soldiers we have in the USA. They are always hiding in the shadows, speaking and finding the ones who are like them. Some psychopaths make friends with one another; some don't because it challenges their intelligence, like that of two males are going to kill each other's throat for one female. The ones that does make friends are crazy since the only people who cannot fit them are the people are who like them. Imagine, you as a psychopath cannot get hard to any gender, either boy or girl; however, you get hard through violence, bloodshed, gore, and dead bodies around you.

As a Christian, I detest these kinds of people.

God is right. The first animal that God created are birds—ugly and ferocious birds.

As a neighbor tribe, I know that Hmong people drink a lot, but I know we don't do this. This what happens when it's a buffet.
