I am proud of her that she won. As I am tired of Hollywood racism and how we Asians aren't united as we keep killing our champion, we have to champion her for our Asian American community. Amen!!!

Let's champion for her and today is a good day for Hmong people. It's funny that a countryless group won first place. It's sad to see that Laos got a country, but they suck.

One more thing! PLEASE, DRINK 128 OUNCES A DAY! 1 gallon = 128 ounces. You can buy a gallon jug on Amazon. It improves your muscles as well. Don't drink over board of water because you start to lose your Ph levels in your blood.

Please, combine powerlift with hypertrophy.

1st exercise: bench press hypertrophy
2nd exercise: incline bench press powerlift
3rd exercise: lateral raise on Time under Tension (T:30/Time: 30 seconds)

Then repeat other exercises with the 3 on push say. Enjoy!

What is Time over Tension?

You carry a light weight with no rest under 30 seconds. You have to perform an eccentric and concentric workout. Your reps should be at least 8 to 10 reps with no rest. 5 sets total.

Powerlift:

Push day press or leg day, lift a weight that is heavier than you as you lift DA FAWK OUT. You just need to hit 3 to 8 reps at range. Basically, you push until you fail. 5 sets total and 90 seconds of rest per 5 sets.

Hypertrophy training (making muscles)

I call this workout the stairway workout. First example, I lift 100 lbs on the bench press as my starting. Each set, you add 10 lbs per set.

1. 100 lb
2. 110 lb
3. 120 lb
4. 130 lb
5. 140 lb (hit to fail)

Hypertrophy requires 15 reps per set and the rest total is 2 minutes per set. ENJOY!

Do you need cardio as a skinny person? NOOOO! Cardio are meant for the obese. Cardio is great, but to gain muscles, I don't do cardio since you lose muscles as a skinny guy. I normally walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes to warm up before hitting the weights. Should you run for 10 minutes? NOOOO! You just need to walk for ten and start lifting with a combination of hypertrophy, time over tension, and powerlifting in one day. The best schedule is push, pull, and leg day.

Push day is on Monday. You focus on chest, deltoids, and triceps to complete push day

Pull day is upper back and bicep workout. Basically, it's lat day.

Leg day is obvious to explain what leg day workout is.

If you're looking to lose weight, check your body if you're an ectomorph, a mesomorph, or an endomorph. If you're skinny fat, cut down a little for the next two months of low carb intake. Then, you go on a calorie surplus and lift DA fawk out. As a skinny guy, I can deadlift 303 lbs. Carbs is what gives you that Hulk strength to bust those weights. Carb is key for stronger strength. Why did you think powerlifters can lift 600 to 700 lbs? Because of carbs. The end!

If you're fat, you have natural muscles underneath. You just need to cut your carbs and go on a fish a d chicken breast diet. 20 ounces of chicken breast is over 200 grams of protein. 6 pieces of frozen Tilapia is over 50 grams of protein. Chicken still runs the best. A fish diet is great, but you can only eat 2 times in 1 week. For example, Mondays and Wednesdays are fish day. Two much fish can lead to mercury poisoning. Y'all need some fish oil pill to take those toxic metals put from your brain. It takes 6 to 8 years without the fish pill in order to get out of your system. Fish pill can take it out less than that. As much I love seafood, y'all need fish pill if you're a seafood lover like me. It's probably my Yi blood side that might have those cravings.

If you're on a calorie surplus, eat Pork Loin, Beef Loin, Chicken Breast, and Salmon. Also, weigh your food too in grams or in milliliters since they can get THE MOST accurate numbers that you're looking for. Ounces suuuucks unless have to.

Here's my next formula on how to gain muscles for chest. It's one of my trial and error that I experienced. This is how it works when you eat less or big, which depends on the strength on how much you must carry on the bench press.

Hypertrophy workout (1600 calories):
My weight: 165 lbs.
1600 calories = minus 60
165 - 60 = 105 lbs.
Your first set for Hypertrophy
You begin at 105 lbs. on calorie deficit (Bench Press)
Hypertrophy workout (2500 calories):
My weight: 165 lbs.
2500 calories = Zero
165 - zero = 165 lbs.
Your first set for Hypertrophy
You begin at 165 lbs. on normality (Bench Press)
Hypertrophy workout (3000 or higher):
My weight: 165 lbs.
3000 calories = +60 lbs.
165 + 60 = 225 lbs.
Your first set for Hypertrophy
You begin at 225 lbs. (Bench Press)
The formula in letter variables
C = Calories
Estimate how much calories taken
1000 calories = minus 80 (Strength)
1600 calories = minus 60 (Strength)
1800 to 2000 calories = minus 40 (Strength)
2500 calories alone = flatline zero (Strength)
2500 to 3000 calories = +40 (Strength)
3000 to 3500 (+60), or higher (+80) = +60 to +80 (Strength)
W = weight
W -/+ C = Hs (Hypertrophy starting)

If you want to know how much fat grams you need to take for your myfitnesspal app, it's bodyweight x 40%. That is the math. For example:

My weight is 165 lbs. It's 165 x 40% = 50 grams of fat.

If you want to know how much protein you need to take, it's 1 grams (1g) x bodyweight. Basically, it's 1 x 165 = 165 grams of protein, for example. Carbs are just fillers to reach your maximum calorie surplus if you're an ectomorph. However, if you're an endomorph or a mesomorph, you can still use the calculator that Troy uses. You just need to go on a calorie deficit or a calorie maintenance. For example of me:

This is what I eat. You can eat the hell you want until you reach near to your grams. Just don't eat butter, pizza, or any junk food night that will get you into some food hangover. I listen to Greg Doucette, Troy Adashun, Athlean-x, Arnold, the governator, and Charles Glass. I am on a calorie surplus just to gain weight.
