Personality isn't defined by breed btw. You should think of dogs in terms of energy level rather than personality. Many people make the mistake of humanizing their pets.

Get a Blue Heeler... an austrialian cattle dog... the are very smart dogs and can be easily trained to do many tricks. But they do require a lot of room and lots of attention and activity.

Yep, dogs are just like humans they have their own personalities. Those dogs you listed might be funny looking but they may not necessarily be funny dogs.
My dog is smart but he does a lot of dorky things.
