the only transaction i made today was activate my rebate card from Verizon and buy a wireless PS3 controller from Rakuten.com (formerly Buy.com)
i think it's something scammy, so no way am i calling back to let them know my number is active
i semi traced the number, it belongs to US XCHANGE OF WISCONSIN LLC DBA CHOICE ONE COMM WI.
anyone seen or heard of anything like this?
