Someone's made a few deals with the devils.
But too be fair, many have. They're just more...subtle about it.

Reports on the news stated an increase of about $0.25 per gallon across the nation on avg. How much did it go up on the west coast?

Welfare for the Rich is fine but welfare for the poor is bad. The poor doesn't deserve it and abuse the system but the Rich are on the up and up. Corporate welfare doesn't cost tax payers as much as welfare for the poor. I guess if you tell people enough lies and repeatedly, they'll believe you.
Btw, when did being Nationalist or a Patriot mean you had to be white and hate POC? I mean, for a nation built upon the backs of immigrants from numerous countries, The United States of America SHOULD look and be diverse.

General Discussion / Re: Wow, this Barry Berke guy. Super smart. Great learning for any lawyers

Worth watching him squirm. The best part about it is Berke didn't do much more than use Lewandowski's words against himself. Especially loved his comment about "having no obligation to be honest to the media" under the MOST TRANSPARENT presidency EVER.

General Discussion / Re: Photos from Oyster Bay and Sandy Beach, great day to work out on this Thursday!!
« on: September 19, 2019, 03:46:03 PM »Started talking to them because the mom's young son was peacefully sleeping in the kid trailer, and it kind of remind me of my own daughter. The mom said, it's her "peace and quite time and plus it's beautiful out here" so no better place to enjoy that quiet time. I told her that I have a little girl and sometimes as parents, it's good to have to those breaks because kids are generally like the Energizer Bunny. Then I took a photo of them to show how peaceful that area is even though it's kind of isolated. I mean if a young mom feels comfortable enough to bring her little toddler there, it should validate the peacefulness of that trail.
Just curious. For a minute there I thought someone forgot to blur the faces of family and friends, which is a common necessity on PH. Hah!
More seriously, looks like you guys on the coast get to enjoy actual September weather. We're pretty much already headed into early Fall weather. I've counted 3-5 days of Sun thus far.

Yes, it's all too much feast or famine with him. BUT, you can help him by having a run game (which MN has) and then setting him up to succeed with the play action which he does excel at. That's game planning and something not on him but the OC.

General Discussion / Re: Bernie Sanders plans to end homeless
« on: September 19, 2019, 03:00:24 PM »Amazon pay zero federal tax this year
You Know
Aka
0%
They are not the only one
I think i pay like 15%ish
How do an average joe like me
Pay more taxes than amazon
Our tax system is broken
Only favor the rich
So is that what you tell people who are homeless, poor or in need of help otherwise? I mean, I get it. I'm not even disagreeing with you. But you exemplify what part of the issue is; I'm not going to do something if someone else doesn't do their "fair" share too. You can't just point out a problem. You can't just give a few dollars and suddenly become self righteous.
But anyways, back to your point.
IF you dig a little deeper it isn't that Amazon or General Motors or Southwest Airlines or Goldman Sachs paid no federal taxes this past year. Companies took advantage of tax credits, exemptions and yes, loopholes. They in turn had a net federal income tax benefit in 2018. They received a tax rebate because "they paid more out of pocket" and received the balance in return.
Loopholes and exemptions exist for you and I as well. You'll just have to be "creative". Case and point, I know of some individuals who work PT, who remain single with kids and otherwise to claim tax exemptions and credits.
If you blame one, you blame all.

No joking matter
I was in the Minneapolis area recently
JESUS F CHRIST
there like homeless people at every corner
Don’t pretend like you don’t see them
Rock, would you sell your guns and other belongings to help someone less fortunate?
Would you take less so others could have something? Maybe something even equal to what you'd be getting?
If you gave 5% of everything you had and I gave 5% of everything I had, would we be giving equally?
It's easy to talk when you give a few dollars here and there. But since you're giving a lot less (assumption) than you're getting, what amount would or could be justified? Acceptable?

I would still rather have a Left Tackle. That's still the glaring weakness. Kirk is ALWAYS oblivious to his left side so we need someone to minimize his mistakes...sin ce he doesn't seem able to atm.

« on: September 18, 2019, 03:41:35 PM »Fire your coach
Fire your quarterback
Guys who took you to a superbowl
And almost another one
Look how that turn out
Years coming
Went from good to completely trash
Lol
Didn't Rodgers have McCarthy and Capers fired? Didn't they take him to his only Superbowl? They got rid of Clay too?
I guess since it's your team it doesn't matter?

I saw digg took off his helmet on that touchdown
Like he just won a $2 scratch off lottery ticket
Lok
I mean, are you willing to take a bet on GB vs MN at US Bank?
Divisional games are often split with the home team with the advantage.

Bro, I know you like hyperboles and love to stir the pot, but...
Kaep didn't take any team anywhere. That Niners squad had Gore, a few decent WRs and a great D.
His throwing mechanics is atrocious. Add to that his baggage and role of NFL pariah and you'd understand why he's out of the NFL.
