Work has been so stressful. I want to do so much for this team. I hope I can sell this re-org/ structuring to upper management. :-\

LOL...it's been a while since they've seen that show...Now they've probably forgotten about it.

And then everything changed. :D But it is good. It was my proposal and the things that I brought up that lead to this change. So, hopefully, things will continue to go well. Need to revisit my proposal and see how it should be organized now. Can't just leave things as they are.

Really? I didn't know that. I have always prefer men to dogs. But that is just me.

nop..most women prefer men who they call dogs. :)
I also think it is wrong to call those men dogs. Dogs are noble creatures. They are loyal. They are direct to the point.

If that was the case, I would have a different flavor each week. As it is, I find few and far in between that piques my interest.

In all of my time on PH, I have only seen two who made my heart skip a beat or two. The rest do nada for me.

A good dose of intelligence, mixed in some humor, lots of flexibility... and my heart goes pitter patter for them... lol.
