your 54 cent single pole light switch......I would never buy one as cheap as that.  (I'm an electrician by trade).

your light 54 cent light switch......I would never buy one as cheap as that.  (I'm a electrician by trade).
when his light went out...didn't a light bulb go up in his head to trouble shoot that first before buying a new switch? ha!

there's nothing wrong choosing a cheap light switch, if you don't mind fixing it, in another 4-5mo or so (depends on the constant use).  cheap light switches have poor electricity conductivity, it could cause shocking and/or worst, fire hazards.

it may work fine, but those cheaper devices has cheaper parts in them.  unless, like you stated, you want your house to burn down.

Some likes to repeat the cycle over and over again...don't have the basic math skills to calculate the long term time and resource cost of that method...but he lives in his mom's basement so ..not surprised.. ???

So instead of "wish", why not just do powerball and lottery since you claimed to be the "hmong Nostradamus" and "is always right"?

Oh, that's right, frauds wishing for things like "wish my house burn down so I can collect" is part of your nature and rep...

that's very smart of you to take your chance while you had it. during that time i was just starting school in a new state so i couldnt take part. now i make the big bucks but cant afford the house i want. i need to move to a place with cheaper housing. or if my husband can actually go find a job that would be great. but he refuses because he says i make too much n he rather stay home to watch the kid.  :idiot2:

yep. here i am. still renting cuz i my partner aint helping.

my advice...

is to just keep renting and saving ton $$$
for the next market crashes, coming soon 2-6 years (due for a crash soon)
it always does (than it recovery)

the housing will get cheap again, once that happen
hopefully by than, you will save tons of $$$ and it won't affect you

and you can buy houses for cheap

u wldn't happen to be living in denver...? lol! back in '06 i paid 235k for my home and thought it was a lot... now, the median cost of a house is 400k...

denver's issue is that while the cost of living has gone up... our wages haven't... anyway, everything happens in cycles... if u can wait it out, do so until the next housing crisis occurs again...

All paid? Why a cheap 54 cent light switch?

If my house is paid off I would slowly upgrade to make it look nicer.

I guess u rather have it burn down to collect 200k.

NOPE.

What started your fraud rep is you claimed to have "$100k in savings" and owned 1 or 2 "homes" right out and still qualifies for "food stamps" as a single man with no dependents legitimately.. .

Even though I provided the facts that even in Wisconsin, they factor in *assets* to determine eligibility too but you still don't care as all you want to do is steal those public resources from the poor that actually qualifies and really need it.. :idiot2:

With new home construction everywhere here. People are buying empty lot with a sold sign after just seeing the few models that are completed. Near train track, small backyard, etc. No one care for the homes that are listed on the market but getting into new one. You're looking between $250-350k for 3 bedroom about 1400sf to 4 bedroom under 2000sf.

Sitting and waiting is the poor man's advice.  What if it never goes down?  If you wait to buy later when you old, what's left for you to enjoy?

If you want to wait, park your money so it may grow for you.  Buy a home now, fix it up and rent it out.  When the market is right for you, sell it with a profit and buy your next house.

Or buy flip, buy flip till you come up.

You need to learn what additional to add to a home for added value.  Like a home that just needs a front door and landscaping out front to add value, you go and do just that while putting it back on the market.  Make possible $15k on that sell n buy another one to flip.

fraud is "upset" because he chose to be the fraud by purposely stealing from the poor's public resources with no shame but when others point it out, he gets all foamy at the mouth...just like when others member pointed about his lack of basic decimal skills or when his math is off..

I "think god" for his entertainment though... O0
