I never lease before
What happen when you reach your 2 or 3 years
Do you get to keep the car??? For free???
-
Why you have to $3k down on a lease if it just renting
HERTZ
you just do a deposit

Once your leasing contract is over, you have two option. You can return the car or you can buy the car and payoff the difference or take a loan out on it.

How much is the difference?
If its
$18k total buy
and
$18k total leash than buy
They both the same price

Leasing goes by number of years. Typically 3-5 years. The reason some prefer leasing is because there’s no down payment required and monthly payments are low. So, if you’re leasing a 18K car, and your payment is $200 a month. And you’re only leasing for three years, your balance for payoff would be $10,800.

Many people prefer leasing because in 2 to 3 years, those who have bought their cars usually want to buy new ones anyway.

Yup, majority of drivers wants something new every three years per survey I read a few years ago.
I never leased, prefer to buy and keep for a long time if it’s over $5000.

I used to buy older Honda models and exchange it every few years lol

Leasing is a game that is well played by those who knows and if it fits your lifestyle.
You like fancy? Go the leasing route. 60K car lease and keep it under 10k a year mileage to avoid penalty and in 3 years, the dealer will call you to see if you want go with a newer model. Like my friend who is a fan of the merz sl500, he goes the leasing route. He looks rich but the guy is not rich at all. He just knows how to play rich. After 3 years, why would you want to be seen in an older model car? He gets himself another sl500 and go on another 3 years worth of leasing. In this way, he doesn't have to worry about the car breaking down on him and big bills to fix it. He doesn't need to own a car cuz the selling to find a buyer sux donkey balls.
Dealer takes your 3 years old car and sell it back on his lot as used.

For you, you need to buys a piece of chit car.
After the 3rd year, you can buy the car at the market value pricing. So get yourself a car that will lose the most value.
Or you can buy theking taco :2funny:
