Blacks fail because of blacks. Anybody who doesn't believe this has never lived in a predominantly black area. A race is only as strong as the weakest members of their own group. And let me tell you, blacks are the worst, which is exactly how they ended up exploited, beaten, and shipped off to the Americas as slaves. It doesn't matter that they have amazing and successful blacks. These individuals can't make up for the stupid and lazy in their racial group.
Any group that doesn't have their act together and betrays each other will hand themselves over to the enemy on a silver platter. The Hmong aren't far from being the next most unsuccessful racial group.
If you live among the Hmong long enough and really examine their society, you'll see exactly why they've been failing for years. Seriously, anybody whose had to really work for the Hmong community knows this already.

I'm starting to see Southern Vietnamese settling in America aren't different to their counterpart aka Northern Vietnamese in Vietnam.
Our Hmong people in America aren't so different either and so are the Hmong, Laotian, Japanese, Chinese in Eastern countries.

Since freshmen years in high school, I met a foreign students from Bosnia and we had several talk for couple weeks. Until one day, his attitude change immediately from friendly to arrogant brat. He suddenly stop talking to me and made several snide remarks. Even we bump each other when we made into college he even was still the same person with that snideful attitude. My eyes finally to see through magnifying glass to spot the true reality of hypocrisy from a minority who doesn't have clue where he do wrong. I no longer care about him anymore when he's in that state of mindset. My conclusion would be he suffered cognitive dissonance while it's impossible to continue reasoning with him. So I move on and find someone better to talk to.
Even the Indian guy that works at the downtown gas station talk sh!ets to a kind, teenage Mexican girl when she was about to purchase several items. I was standing in line behind her and saw the whole reverse-racism. I see why minorities aren't so bright either.
